After Kaia’s little altercation with an entire herd of elk and me hitting one with my car, it’s as if they know they’re better off not coming around here. We rarely have elk or deer in our yard anymore so it was kind of fun to see this big guy hanging out in our yard the other morning. He was completely unphased by all the dogs barking at him and me walking right up to him with my camera. Must of been some tasty grass.
One of my favorite features of our new blog is the commenting system. It is now easier than ever to leave us comments, all you have to do is click on comments in the line directly below the title of the post. I’d like to try something new but I can only do it with your help. I always want to reply to every comment we get but I haven’t been very good about sending out e-mails to those you comment. Chris & Molly’s wedding was one of those weddings where the storm clouds parted just for their ceremony and immediately following the family photos the rain came pouring back down. It’s probably the third wedding we’ve shot where this has happened and there is something really magical about it. We had the pleasure of meeting Lisa from Garden of Eden based in Frisco. Her floral designs were drop dead gorgeous. Deep dark skies + vibrant flowers + an amazing mountain setting + adorable couple = awesome photos! Check out some of my favorites.
Chris & Molly were married at Ten Mile Station in Breckenridge, Colorado.
Dan & Jessica were married at the most beautiful, private location earlier this month. Their wedding took place on a bluff overlooking Mount Evans. The best part-it’s their very own backyard! Their wedding was a huge labor of love. Dan & Jessica had the vision and their family and friends were their to help their vision become a reality. Their wedding was such an intimate affair and I love all the personal details that Jessica infused into their day.
