Last month we made the move from Dillon down to Evergreen. We’re still living in the mountains but we’re now only 25 minutes from downtown Denver. It’s the best of both worlds and we absolutely love it! We got some snow last week. Here are a few pics of the yard.
Jeff & Cory are engaged to be married the beginning of 2007. Last week we got together with them to take some engagement portraits. We’re excited for more winter weddings in Lake Havasu. It’s a beautiful time of year to get married in Arizona!

4 dogs, 3 sons, 1 dad and some fun family portraits. Last week we spent the evening in the Halbert’s own backyard to take some casual freestyle portraits. This is what our portraits are all about. You and your family being yourselves.
As you can see we love having dogs included in our shoots. They may be challenging sometimes but they are always welcome!
Wendy & Dusty are engaged to be married April of ‘07 and we can’t wait! Wendy’s older sister was a good friend of mine in high school and so I know for a fact that this family knows how to party. Wendy & Dusty are totally laid back and didn’t mind us taking them to some funky spots for their shoot. Here are some of my faves:
We are doing an engagement portrait guest book for Wendy & Dusty so shots like these are important. We need plenty of room in the shot for guests to sign the photo. Yes, they sign the actual photo and trust me, it looks very, very cool!
We’re back home after a week long trip to AZ! We had a great time and got the chance to work with some of our favorite clients as well some awesome new clients.
FYI to our AZ & CA blog readers-we are still booking weddings out west, though we now live in Colorado. We love traveling…especially when we need a break from the cold temps!

For now…a couple aerial pics from the morning my dad took us for a spin in the plane. This trip made Mark & I realize that we need to achieve our goal of obtaining our pilot’s license sooner than we’d planned with all these weddings we’re traveling for! We can’t wait!
