On Saturday we got the chance to hang out in the city for a bit and photograph Gary & Juliette’s engagement portraits. These two were so comfortable in front of the camera! We had such a great time and can’t wait for their wedding in Aspen in the fall. It’s going to be gorgeous!
Since wedding planning is in full swing for many of our clients I thought I would put together some fun color palettes/inspiration boards that show off some of my favorite details. I had to start with yellow as it’s one of my favorite colors. Yellow is such a happy color and paired with chocolate brown I thought it was the perfect compliment to the mountain lodge style setting at Ten Mile Station in Breckenridge.

Back in the fall Kate’s parents booked us to photograph their daughter’s wedding this coming August. Come to find out Kate wasn’t even engaged yet! Kate & Todd have been together for over eight years and have known each other since they were little kids. For years their two families have taken ski vacations together in Keystone. So when Kate’s parents found out Todd was goining to propose they knew they had to act fast to lock in a date at one of Keystone’s best wedding venues (whether Kate was engaged yet or not!) Let me tell you, I’ve never met anyone so on the ball! We got to meet Kate & Todd last weekend and hit it off with them immediately. We got to talk wedding details and walk around Keystone Village for a few photos. After getting to know these two I’m quite excited about their wedding at Timber Ridge in August and with Emily Campbell heading up all the details I know it’s going to be amazing!
