Finally! I’ve been waiting for this all year! Not just a dusting but a real snow storm. A snow storm worth blogging about. It started Thursday night and come Saturday we had close to four feet on the ground! For me, the winters are only worth baring when there is beautiful snow to look at and play in. Growing up in L.A. and the Arizona desert, I was deprived of snow as a kid so now, when it’s winter, I want snow! Well we may be well in to spring but I’ll take it! And let me tell you, when it snows this hard you’ll find me on a sled because that’s one thing I never got to do as kid. Hooray snow!Our neighbors came over to share in our snow day shenanigans!
I’m a little terrified of hitting one of the trees in our yard. Can you tell?
Ouch, that’s got to hurt!
I think the best part is, the best place for sledding in our neighborhood is in my very own backyard. I’m a lucky girl!
