Timber Ridge in Keystone is, without question, one of my top three favorite places to shoot in Colorado. How many wedding guests can say they took not one but two gondolas to attend a wedding. After many years and many moves trying to find the perfect place to call home we’ve settled down and purchased our first home. If you read my post a few week ago, you know that we’ve been under contract on a house for several weeks now but finally it’s official, we’re homeowners! Mark & I love change and we love moving around, so for many years now I’ve said the commitment of marriage does not freak me out in any way but the commitment of buying a home totally freaks me out! I can take Mark with me anywhere but a home means staying put for a while. For four years now we’ve established a pretty amazing life and business here in the Rocky Mountains so I’ve left the fear behind and am pretty excited to be planting roots in such an incredible place. So, in two days we’re packing up the truck and moving an hour and a half up the road to our new home in Silverthorne, CO. Hopefully in a few weeks I’ll have some fun photos to share!
I love how Ellie & Nick’s engagement portrait guest book came together. Once their guests sign all the pages it will look even better! I love that they chose to do a winter engagement session.
