
In between running my second half-marathon of the year and shooting our last wedding of the season I was able to squeeze in a trip to Oregon to spend some time with some of the most important people in my life. Every year my mom, aunt and uncle travel from L.A. to Oregon to visit my grandparents. I’m always jealous when I hear about their trips and this year was beyond ecstatic to be able to make the trip with them! I know I was always meant to live in Colorado but I dearly miss my family everyday. We hardly spend enough time together but when we do, the time is priceless. I thank my lucky stars for my husband who happily looks after everything while I’m gone. I needed a little break from the pounds and pounds of gear I’ve tirelessly carried around all summer but thanks to my trusty point and shoot I was able to snap a few photos during my trip.
