Mark & I spent 2002-2004 earning our photography degrees at The Art Institute of Colorado.  We spent those two years living and breathing photography and let me tell you, we took A LOT of pictures.  Sadly I didn’t realize until about a year later that while I was busting my butt completing the endless amount of photo assignments that were thrown at us, I neglected to document our actual life in any way.  We have boxes in our garage full of photos from those two years, and they’re nothing but product shots, advertising mock-ups and portraits of strangers that were hired for the assignment.  That was a wake up call for me and ever since I’ve been as dedicated to documenting our life as I am to documenting our client’s lives.  At the end of every year I compile all the images of us from that year and create an annual photo album.  I could not think of a better way to celebrate us and all the amazing experiences we have every year.  I highly recommend that everyone does this!  I get so much joy from the chance to reflect on everything we’ve done and seen over the years.  This year I thought it would be fun to share our latest album from 2009.  Check it out!
