Throughout Laura & Tyler’s wedding ceremony the clouds lingered and it sprinkled ever so slightly. As Laura’s brother and officiant proclaimed “you may kiss the bride”, Laura & Tyler’s lips met and the sun broke through a cloud and shined down brightly. Within seconds, their lips parted and the sun retreated behind a cloud once again. I cannot put into words the beauty of that moment. Luckily I caught it on camera! Here is the second half of Laura & Tyler’s phenomenal wedding day celebration at Ten Mile Station in Breckenridge.
The sun-kissed kiss.
Laura’s proud papa. Moments like this are what a wedding is all about.
Laura’s dad sang to her during their first dance. Such a sweet moment.
It doesn’t get much better than this!
As always, Funkiphino killed it! They are definitely one of the best bands in Colorado!
At the end of the night as we were about to pack our bags I heard Laura whisper to Tyler, “This is the best day EVER!”, and snap, I got this shot.
After the wedding I received the following note from Laura’s mom, the mother of the bride. Notes like this make my day and remind me that I have the best job in the world!
“OHMYGOSHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How will I ever pick? You guys did a marvelous job at capturing the evening. I’m sure this is normal for the MOB….but I can’t stop thinking about how wonderful it was. The ceremony, the vows, the venue, the backdrop, the band, …… the PHOTOGRAPHERS!!!!! It was perfect. I will say that both Laura and I are (kinda) perfectionists, and she told me later that evening that the whole thing had exceeded her expectations. Can’t wait to hear her accolades of the pics that captured it. Thank you so much!”
