Last week I expressed my apprehension with winter weddings.  It’s no secret that planning a winter wedding in the Colorado Rockies is gambling with nature.  However, I’m feeling rather giddy knowing that our couples gambles have paid off this year and we have been treated to one gorgeous winter wedding after the other.  Most recently was Sabrina & Eric’s celebration at Rubywood in Breckenridge.  Rubywood is a private home managed by Paragon Lodging and is the ideal setting for a small, intimate affair.  Here is a look at Sabrina & Eric’s destination wedding in Breckenridge…
