James & Meghan’s wedding at Beano’s Cabin in Beaver Creek was perfect in every way. It was a day full of love, laughter, tears – all the things great weddings are made of. Their gratitude for and acknowledgement of life’s most precious relationships – father and daughter, husband and wife, best friends – and everyone in between was both inspiring and a joy to document. I can’t thank James & Meghan enough for being the beautiful people they are inside and out and for living in the moment, soaking up and loving every second of their wedding day. A truly beautiful marriage lies ahead for these two.
Prior to the ceremony, Meghan gave gifts to each of her parents as well as her niece, the flower girl. It was obvious that Meghan put an incredible amount of thought and time in to each gift. Each gift made for some very sweet and very funny moments:
Meghan and her dad have a very special relationship and as you know from my recent “Fathers & Daughters” post, I love documenting this bond.
Many of the details were handmade by Meghan herself. The kleenex box below sat at the Mother of the Bride’s ceremony chair and read “To dry your happy tears as you have always dried mine.”
When Meghan first set eyes on James, she lost it. Best ceremony moment ever.
