Jessica & Steve

Devil's Thumb Ranch | Tabernash, Colorado

When I think of a quintessential Colorado mountain wedding, I picture either an expansive ranch or far-reaching mountain top, bright blue skies, white puffy clouds and panoramic views for days.  It’s neither hot, nor cold and everywhere I turn are happy people soaking up the dreamy surroundings.  This is exactly the day that Jessica & Steve were gifted with.  It makes my heart smile when our couples and their guests get to experience the very best of Colorado because when the mountains are good to us it’s pure magic.

Congratulations to one of the sweetest couples around!  Now on to the good stuff!  Here are some of the highlights from Jessica & Steve’s Devil’s Thumb Ranch wedding…

These moments that happen in the blink of an eye are what I live for as a wedding photographer.

You’ve got to hand it to a guest that has the motivation and ability to relocate the horses in the pasture to be within closer proximity to the ceremony : )

I think one of my favorite moments of the day was when this adorable little ring bearer spotted his mom as he was walking down the aisle and lit up and said “OH HEY MOM!”
