Just received this incredibly kind note from Jennifer, one of our Keystone brides. I love happy clients!
Thank you thank you thank you!!! This thank you email is long long overdue. We are absolutely thrilled with the photos (I haven’t had so many friends tell me how beautiful I looked or so many likes on anything I’ve ever posted on Facebook, and that’s just the sneak peek album). They are exactly what I’d always hoped for and perfectly captured all the events, people and emotions of our day, just looking at some of the ceremony ones makes my eyes well up with tears all over again every time I look at them, which is often. My veil flying all over the place still makes me giggle (and more amazed that you caught so many photos with it not looking crazy). The groomsmen photos are really some of the best pictures of a group of guys I’ve ever seen (well-tailored suits make such a difference and your natural posing suggestions). Plus we had such a blast hanging out with you and Mark all afternoon too! I would recommend you both to all my friends for photos (even Jeff’s younger brother who just proposed and is likely to do a destination wedding on a Caribbean island – but you guys might want to switch things up?)
I love the photos so much I’m trying to convince Jeff that floor to ceiling photo wall paper is a good idea, ha! But in all seriousness, we’re taking a look at your product options and inspiration ideas to come up with fun ways to display them (they definitely won’t be just on the computer). I also finished up my guest posts for Brides.com, so those should be going live in the next couple weeks (pending their schedule) and I’m so excited to share your wonderful work and my special day with lots of brides to be.
Thank you for capturing our special day so perfectly and hope to see you again on our next Colorado trip perhaps!
Jennifer & Jeff had an incredible destination wedding in Keystone. Their ceremony took place on Schoolmarm ski run on Dercum Mountain with a reception following at Alpenglow Stube on North Peak. Click here for more.
We’re well in to wedding season which means we’re up to our ears in photos. Downloading, editing, processing, blogging, you name it. Come every Wednesday, we’ve put in enough hours to get a sneak peek off to our clients from the past weekend and I get filled with excitement. Will they laugh? Will they cry? Do they see the beauty and the happiness in every photo the way I do? So off goes the sneak peek and I can only hope that our clients are overjoyed. Then, I receive a note like the one below from Erin (her and Tom tied the knot at Timber Ridge in Keystone last weekend) and it makes me so freaking happy to know that we’ve captured their day in a way that will bring them joy for decades to come. And really, that’s just a fancy way of saying we did our job.
A note from the Bride:
Michele & Mark-
Thank you so much for these amazing photographs!!! I actually saw them before I saw your email because I’ve been stalking your website the last few days! Thank you for making the whole photography process so easy. How you manage to take such beautiful photos in the speed that you do baffles me! Taking the bridal party and family photos did not keep us away from the party at all. We have never been happier and the pictures show it. I feel like you really captured who we are as a couple and as individuals. It was so easy to be ourselves around you, as you saw during my minor bridezilla moment or two before we got up the gondola. Last Friday was the most amazing day ever, thank you for being a part of it and providing the photographs that allow us to relive it for the rest of our lives!
