What are your travel rates?
We do not charge any travel fees for weddings within two hours of Evergreen. This includes
Denver, Winter Park, Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper, Vail, Beaver Creek and Estes Park.
Travel to Aspen, Crested Butte, Steamboat Springs and Telluride is $800. Please contact us if
your wedding destination is not listed here.
When will I receive my digital negatives?
The digital files of your engagement portrait session and wedding will be delivered with your
wedding album. Digital negatives of your engagement portrait session can be purchased for
$500 if you would like to receive them immediately following your session. A single high
resolution digital file (for use on your Save The Date, etc.) can be purchased for $100.
What if we do not want engagement portraits?
Engagement portrait sessions are complimentary and cannot be credited or exchanged for
something else. Whether you have a need for engagement portraits or not, we love this
opportunity to hang out and get to know each other. Trust us, we’ll have a great time and you’ll
be much more comfortable getting your picture taken on your wedding day!

A 50% non-refundable retainer and signed contract is needed to secure your date. Your balance
