This year can easily be summed up in three words: Best.Year.Ever. I’m beyond grateful for incredible couples, incredible weddings and a business that continues to be more rewarding every year. To each and every couple that we met this year, thank you for being you and thank you for the privilege to record a piece of history for you. I’m truly overwhelmed by all of you and the amazing people that you are. I’d like to end 2011 with a slideshow of some of our favorite wedding images of the year. See you next year!

Hard to believe that another year is coming to a close! As we wrap up our sixth season photographing Colorado weddings, I know many of you are busy planning your wedding for 2012. Jenna & Will came from NYC to Winter Park in September to tie the knot at The Lodge @ Sunspot. Jenna & Will and their families have to be some of the sweetest people I have ever met. I really loved documenting the bond that Jenna has with her parents. I have never before seen a father-of-the-bride help his daughter put on her jewelry and then do a toast alongside her and her bridesmaids. Love it.

Every year we publish a fun little piece called IN Spring and IN Fall recapping what we’ve been up to the last 6 months. Well, 2010 was such a big year for us that IN Fall became IN Winter. I figure it suits us better anyhow since fall lasts a few short weeks here in the mountains! The year has come to an end and it’s hard for me to put into words how amazing this year has been. I could not feel more blessed to live the life that I live and to be in the presence of the wonderful people that we meet every year.
